About the Punto Max
When the Tripleta and the Mal y Tierra had a child, this was it. Punto Max combines pollo, bistec, and camarón into one sandwich. It’s the heaviest dish on the menu and the most expensive at $16.50.
It’s the answer to “what’s the biggest thing you have?” for a hungry table or someone splitting between two people. The flavors layer instead of clashing — chicken brings the body, steak brings depth, shrimp brings the briny finish.

Origin & story
Punto Max is an El Punto house creation. The naming convention is local — “punto” (the dot, the spot) and “max” (maxed out). It joined the menu as a flagship maximum-build sandwich, putting all three premium proteins on one bread.
Punto Max questions.
How big is the Punto Max?

Can I customize the Punto Max?
Yes — call ahead to swap proteins or remove ingredients. The Make It Yours option is also a more flexible alternative.
