How to Order
Order pickup in five steps.
El Punto uses Cash App for pickup orders. The whole flow takes about two minutes from menu to confirmation. Here's the exact path. If you'd rather call, (610) 435-9170.
- Step 1
Pick your sandwich
Browse the full menu and decide what you want. The Tripleta, Bistrami, Cubano, and Mar y Tierra are the most-ordered. New to Puerto Rican food? Try the Make It Yours with chicken or steak first.
- Step 2
Tap any "Order" button
Every Order button on the site links to
cash.app/order/$elpuntosandwichera. Tap it from your phone and Cash App opens automatically. From a desktop, you can scan the QR or send the link to your phone. - Step 3
Type your order in the note
In Cash App, type your order in the payment note. Example: 1 Tripleta, 1 parcha juice, 1 fries, light mayoketchup. Be specific — it's the only thing the kitchen sees. Sum up the prices from the menu page and enter the total.
- Step 4
Send the payment
Send the payment. You'll get a Cash App receipt immediately. We see the order arrive on our end, name and order included, and start making it. No additional confirmation needed.
- Step 5
Pick up at 410 W Tilghman St
Drive to 410 W Tilghman St, Allentown, PA 18102. Free street parking out front. Walk in, give your name, grab your bag. Average wait is about 12 minutes — the kitchen starts when payment lands, so the bag is usually ready by the time you arrive.

- Phone: (610) 435-9170. Call ahead with your order. Best for catering and complex orders.
- Walk in: 410 W Tilghman St, Allentown. Order at the counter, sit or take out. Cash, card, or Cash App accepted at the register.
- Delivery: DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub. Note: delivery apps add their own service fees on top of menu prices.
